An accessible portal to make housing and municipal services easier to reach
Cardona Habitatge is the Local Housing Office of Cardona Town Council. It gathers the municipality's housing resources, grants and services so residents can look them up and apply.
A clear catalogue of services and procedures
The office's lines of work are set out clearly: the Rental Pool, social housing, mortgage intermediation and building-rehabilitation programmes.
Grants, guides and documents
Anyone applying for grants or rent-payment support finds the documents, guides and requirements they need.
A space for anyone with an empty flat
Owners who want to rent out a home find support services, intermediation and grants to renovate or transfer the flat. The same portal brings owners and tenants together.
Calls and procedures
Calls and procedures are presented with the documents needed. The procedure and contact with the technical team can be reached from a phone or a computer.
Projects and actions of the office
Projects and actions from the office appear as well. They show what is being done in the municipality beyond day-to-day procedures.
